- Can my computer or mobile device handle virtual events?
Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual event for you. Once a FOM/IT Virtual Conference event page is created, you will be able to perform what’s called a System Checker that will analyze your internet browser, internet connection, and network settings to be sure they are optimized for your viewing experience.
- Will I be able to see presenters during sessions?
Yes. This is determined during the pre-planning portion of the virtual event. You can design the event so that all attendees are able to see all general session and/or educational session speakers along with their presentations or video playback.
- Can I access and view recordings of any sessions from the conference?
Typically, virtual conference registration includes access to all presentations and/or educational session recordings after the event concludes. Sessions can be viewed as soon as the recordings for those sessions are made available on the virtual platform. All recorded sessions can be available to access usually at no additional charge.
- What is an LED Wall?
A LED wall is a bit of a different technology than projection. It is an emissive vs reflective method of displaying an image. ... It is made up of multiple panels which are made up of smaller modules which then have multiple multi-color LED's on them. A typical pane size is 500x500mm or 19.7×19.7″.
- What are LED walls used for?
LED technology is used for video walls because each LED display is capable of generating sharp, bright images even in daylight. Instead of relying on backlit or front projected images, LEDs produce their own brightly lit images and deliver the best refresh rates of any video wall technology.
- How long do LEDs last?
For most applications, you can expect your LED Wall to last up to 10 years, depending on the initial quality. This lifespan can be lengthened by keeping it dry, transporting it as little as possible, and keeping it in a temperature-controlled environment.
- What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 3 year warranty on our LED products, which include parts and labor. Our products have been tried and tested in many different environments and installations around the world and we stand behind their performance and quality.
